Almohtaseb Contracting Company executed one of the largest central kitchen projects in the Kingdom through the development of an innovative cooking system based on kerosene-operated stoves, fully integrated with electrical, water, gas, firefighting, and cooling systems, in accordance with the highest standards of safety and quality.
The project was implemented in collaboration with approved international brands and supported by Saudi engineering teams capable of operating in high-pressure environments, in compliance with the requirements of government authorities within the Holy Sites.
