History of Al-Muhtasib Solutions Company

Almohtaseb Contracting Company was established in 2008, initially specializing in the installation and maintenance of kitchen systems. From the outset, the company’s primary focus was on addressing the daily operational challenges faced by central kitchens.

During this phase, the company worked closely with its parent kitchen company, enabling it to gain in-depth practical knowledge of common malfunctions, operational weaknesses, and the needs of high-pressure, high-capacity sites.

As on-site expertise evolved, Almohtaseb Contracting began operating independently and expanded its scope of services to deliver more integrated solutions for large-scale projects across the Kingdom.

One of the company’s most significant achievements was the development and implementation of kerosene kitchen systems in more than 800 central kitchens as part of the Holy Sites projects in Mina. This initiative represented a national innovation that significantly enhanced operational safety,

reduced incidents previously associated with traditional cooking methods, and demonstrated Almohtaseb’s ability to manage projects of high sensitivity and intense operational pressure.
